About

Daniela gained her professional experience in an important tax firm with offices in Milan and Bologna, then in the tax consultancy firm affiliate of Deloitte. She mainly deals with Italian subsidiaries of international groups, providing tax, corporate and accountancy consultancy on both ordinary and extraordinary matters. Graduated with honors in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. She sits in the Board of Statutory Auditors of several important Italian companies and affiliates of multinational companies.
